Membership Guidelines

Booking Policy

Modalities:

Members must book their modalities 12 hours in advance

Massage, Stretch, Cupping & Acupuncture:

24 hours in advance.

If you book within less than 12 hours, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Cancellation Policy

Massage, Stretch, Cupping & Acupuncture:

Must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.

Modalities:

Must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance. There is no fee, but we ask that you only reserve spots you intend to use, so others have the opportunity to book.

Daily Booking Limits

Modalities:

Members may book as many modalities as they like each day.

Massage, Stretch, & Acupuncture:

Limited to one session per day per member.
