Is there a commitment?
Yes. All memberships start with a 3-month minimum, because recovery works best when it's consistent. After the 3 months, cancel anytime.
Do sessions roll over if I don't use them?
No, sessions reset monthly. This keeps the practice consistent.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes, guests can join you during your session. However, guest rate applies for the additional person.
Can I pause my membership?
You may pause it up to 3 months per yearly cycle. After 3 months, the membership will be canceled, and any membership perks and prices may be lost.
What if I want to upgrade my tier?
Just let us know and we'll adjust your membership at the next billing cycle.
