Is there a commitment?
That's up to you. Commit to 3 months and you get our lowest rate. After 3 months you keep that rate and can cancel anytime. Every membership is also available month-to-month at a slightly higher rate. If you cancel a 3-month membership early, the months you've used are billed at the month-to-month rate.
Can my first visit count toward a membership?
Yes. If you join the same day as your visit, we'll put your $60 day pass toward your first month, and that visit counts as your first one. For example, on Core you'd pay $90 that day and have 3 visits left for the month. Just let us know before you leave.
Do visits roll over if I don't use them?
No. Visits and add-ons reset on your billing date each month and don't carry over.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes. Guests are welcome to join your session at our guest rate. Elite and Premier memberships also include monthly guest passes (1 and 2), for friends visiting VIDA for the first time.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. You can pause for up to 3 months per year. Paused months don't count toward a 3-month commitment. If a pause runs longer than 3 months, the membership is cancelled, and rejoining means starting at current prices.
What if I want to upgrade my tier?
Just let us know. You can upgrade anytime: pay the difference and your new visits and add-ons start right away. Downgrades take effect on your next billing date.
